Admission Process

Simple Steps to Get Started

We’ve made applying to BCCIS East easy and transparent. Follow our clear step-by-step process to ensure a smooth and confident start to your child’s educational journey.
Submit Application

Parents begin the admission journey by filling out and submitting the online application form available on the school’s website.

Track Application Status

After submitting the form, parents are advised to monitor their application status through the portal a few days later.

Schedule Student Assessment

The admissions office will reach out to arrange an on-campus assessment for the student, which both parent and child must attend.

Attend Parent Interview

Parents will receive a call to set up an interview, either in person or online via a provided link from the admissions team.

Required Docs for Admission

  • The latest 2 report cards
  • Original birth certificate (computerized)
  • 6 recent photos of the student (4 X 6)
  • Colored copy of student’s Egyptian passport (first page)
  • Colored copy of father’s national ID/passport
  • Colored copy of mother’s national ID/passport
  • Other documents will be requested upon registeration.

Tuition Fees for the Academic Year 2025/2026

Fees are subject to annual increase as per the Egyptian Ministry of Education

Tuition fees include:

  • Meals for KG1 and KG2 only
  • Books
  • BC Ministry of Education Student Registration fees (Payable Annually from Grade 1 to Grade 12)
  • Activity Fees

Tuition fees payment schedule:

  • First installment : 60,000 EGP
  • Second installment is due before July 31st.
  • Third installment is due before October 31st.
  • Fourth installment due before January 31st.

Tuition Installment Plan:

School Transportation

Our school buses are well maintained to ensure our pupils’ safety and comfort; along with competent bus drivers and matrons, who follow strict rules to keep our students safe and secure.
